Black Walnut Lt brown Naturally Dyed DK

These skeins are dyed with black walnut from my yard. After soaking the hulls in water, they are boiled for an hour. The liquid is then cooled and then skeins are added. The liquid is heated up again with the skeins for an hour and allowed to rest overnight. 

Two weeks of curing afterward, the skeins are thoroughly washed and ready to go home to you!

knitting weight:: dk
suggested needle size:: on US Size 6 (4mm) knitting needle.
care:: machine or hand wash in warm water, ph neutral soap. lay flat to dry.
