Autumn Fiber Festival Tour: Where to Find Cape May Fiber This Fall!

Hello friends, and welcome back to the blog! Autumn is officially in the air, and you know what that means—it is time for the absolute best season of the year for fiber lovers. I am packing up the booth with plenty of fresh, squishy hand-dyed yarns and handcrafted fiber art batts to bring straight to you. 

I am incredibly excited to hit the road for three amazing upcoming events this fall. Mark your calendars and come say hi—I cannot wait to see you all in person!

🍁 Lehigh Valley Fiber Festival
* Dates: September 26–27, 2026
* Times: Saturday 10 AM – 5 PM | Sunday 10 AM – 4 PM
* Location: Allentown Agri-Plex (1998 Liberty Street, Allentown, PA 18104)
* Admission: $5 per day / $8 for the weekend (Free on-site parking!)
This is easily one of my absolute favorite shows of the entire year, and Cape May Fiber Co. is proud to be a Merino Sponsor for the festival this season! * Details: Timed entry tickets required (Milk, Sugar, Cream, or Knead tiers)
What could possibly be better than combining a love of fiber arts with a celebration of delicious treats? Cakepalooza is celebrating its 6th anniversary this year, and I am so excited to be a part of this epic maker market lineup! It is the ultimate one-stop-shop to kick off your NY Sheep and Wool festival weekend. Come hungry for cupcakes and ready for beautiful yarn—comfy walking shoes are highly recommended!

 🐑 Frederick Fiber Fest
* Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026
* Times: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* Location: Frederick Fairgrounds (797 East Patrick Street, Frederick, MD 21701)
* Admission: FREE entry! (You can register online for a chance to win vendor prizes)
We are rounding out the October tour with a trip to wonderful Maryland! This festival is a fantastic, family-friendly gathering packed with over 130 artisan vendors, a dedicated Kids Zone (with a petting zoo and bounce house!), and amazing local food trucks and spirit tastings. It is the perfect cozy place to stock up for your holiday gift knitting, spinning, and crocheting right before winter hits!

Packing the Booth: What to Expect
I have been working overtime in the dye studio to make sure the shelves are completely loaded. You can expect to find:
* My signature luxury yarn bases, including squishy Neon Nep DK and elegant Merino Cashmere Silk.
* A vibrant array of fresh, texture-heavy art batts perfect for all my spinning and felting friends.
* Cozy autumnal color palettes and whimsigoth-inspired shades perfect for the cooler weather.
