A top down shawl with nautical bands of colorwork.

Worked from the top down using three colors.

Three skeins of yarn will be including, one skein each of Marina Sunburned and Queen Victoria.

The pattern will be included FREE with the kit (normally a retail value of $7.00) and will be mailed along with the yarn.

We used Cape May Fiber Sock (450 yds/100G skein, 75% Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon):

A: Sunburned (White, Orange with Black, Yellow, Red speckle)
B: Queen Victoria (White, Blue with Pink, Orange, Navy speckle)
C: Marina (Tonal Teal)

  • US Size 6 (4mm) and 7 (4.5mm) 32” (80 cm) circular knitting needle
  • 4 stitch markers
  • tapestry needle

Gauge
18 sts, 34 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch on US Size 6 (4mm) knitting needle after blocking.
18 sts, 34 rows = 4” in colorwork on US Size 7 (4.5mm) knitting needle after blocking.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
