Return and Refund Policy
My yarns are all hand dyed in small batches. If you are looking to make a larger project with multiple skeins of the same color, I advise purchasing the color all at once so as to ensure the dye lots are all the same.
If you need your skeins wound, please notify me before the item is shipped. Please be aware that winding your yarn may take an extra day or two and will delay me sending out your order right away. Wound skeins cannot be returned.
All my yarns are dyed with professional acid dyes or have been naturally dyed with a mordant. The skeins are washed after dyeing to remove any extra dye particles. However, the dye may bleed a little when washing. I recommend handwashing any finished projects made with my yarn in cold water with a wool wash to minimize the risk of accidental felting and lay flat to dry
if I am out of stock of a color and you’d like me to dye it for you, I can custom dye yarn if time permits and the yarn base is still available. Custom dyeing means I would be making yarn dyed especially for you and that I may not otherwise keep on inventory or stock in the quantities you are requesting. For these reasons, custom dyed orders cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If the item cannot be replaced, a store credit will be given. We do not offer or accept returns. If you believe your item is defective, please contact me with 10 days of receipt of item. Any return must be sent back in resalable condition. If the item is not returned within a resalable condition, the buyer is responsible for this loss in value.
To return your product, once your return has been approved, you should mail your product to: 4 sohn way Tabernacle, NJ 08088 within 28 calendar days of delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
