Materials
160, (215, 250, 320, 375)—yards of DK weight yarn. We suggest using a washable yarn.
- US size 4 (3.5mm) and 6 (4mm)- 24” (60.96 cm) circular
- US size 4 (3.5mm) double points
- stitch markers, 4 in one color and 2 in another
- 1 yard of scrap yarn
- 4 buttons, each ½” diameter
- small amount of sewing thread in a matching color for sewing on the buttons
Gauge
22 sts, 30 rows= 4” in st st on US size 6 (4mm) needles.
24 sts, 48 rows = 4” in garter stitch on US size 4 (3.5mm) needles. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
